caprica-s:

Don McGill: We’d seen that side of Finlay that always has an eye out for romance. I think by actually seeing her ex-husband and meeting him, we got to understand what was behind that. Some of that is bravado, and behind the bravado there is a sort of vulnerable woman who just wants to find her soulmate. And the way we ended the episode, where Finlay and her ex kind of had an uneasy rapprochement, a little bit of an understanding that they are really good together, but they have all these problems, but they are really good together - we sort of left it open-ended, and exes remarry all the time, right? So, why not?
